Pouch Packing Machine

The automatic packing of a range of products into flexible pouches or bags is done with the aid of packaging technology known as pouch packing machines. While the machine is in use, pre-made pouches or rolls of flexible film are used. The product is placed inside the pouches, which are then sealed shut.

A number of rollers, filling mechanisms, and sealing jaws are used to operate the machine. The product is dispensed into the pouches once the film or pre-made pouches have been put into the machine. After that, the pouches are closed using either heat sealing, ultrasonic sealing, or a combination of both.
